The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) has announced the exam dates for the CCRAS LDC 2021 on its website authorization-delhi.nielit.gov.in. According to the announcement published today on the official website, the exam will take place on August 1, 2021.
The admission card for the written exam should be released on July 22, 2021. The exam, originally planned for April 11, 2021, has been postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. On November 20, 2019, the council published the official call for applications for 30 vacancies in the CCRAS for the office of the LDC.
According to the official announcement on the website, the test will be carried out in several stages. The written exam of the LDC is carried out in two shifts, ie shift 1 takes place from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, shift 2 from (12:30 pm to 2:00 pm). The notification also mentions that the UDC’s written exam is scheduled from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The CCRAS LDC admission card will only be available on the Council’s official website. Candidates who applied for the Lower Division Clerk position must find the Download Admit Card Link for CCRAS LDC 2021. When you click on it, candidates will be directed to the admission card page. Candidates have to enter their application number and date of birth and click on the Download Admission Card option.
The admission card contains important details such as the candidate’s information, the address of the test center, the shift number and the login ID and password. Candidates must double-check all information available on the admission card. In the event of an error or a discrepancy, the candidates must have them corrected by the authorities.
The candidates who do not remember their application number must select the Forgot application number option. After that, they need to enter the candidate’s registered primary mobile number and date of birth and click on Application Details. The candidate’s application data are available on the next page and can be noted down for downloading the admission card.
According to the exam pattern published by official sources, an offline test is conducted in pen and paper mode. The exam will ask questions from four subjects, namely General Intelligence, Numerical Aptitude, English Language, and General Awareness. Each section has 25 questions and the total number of questions asked in the exam is 100.
The duration of the exam is 90 minutes for regular students and an additional 30 minutes for disabled students. For every correct answer. the candidate receives 1 point, while 0.25 points are deducted for incorrect answers.
