SEBI Grade A Syllabus Paper I for Phase II: –
It applies to all candidates who appear for the SEBI Grade A Phase II exam. This is a descriptive English test to test candidates’ creative skills. This exam consists of 100 points of 60 minutes.

English Writing Skills Curriculum-
Work will be written in English to assess writing skills including articulation, precise writing / essay writing / understanding of the subject including comprehension.

Interview-
Candidates who are successful in Phase I and Phase II of SEBI Grade A Officer Recruitment will be invited for an interview. Candidates who are three times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted in the order of their performance for phase III, ie the interview.

Shortlisted candidates can choose to have an interview in Hindi or English. The weighting of the grades achieved in the second stage is 85%, while the grades obtained in the interview are weighted with 15%.

Thus, the final selection of the candidates as SEBI Grade A Officer takes place on the basis of the grades obtained in phase II and in the interview.
