Indian army has provided detailed notification for Group ‘C’ vacancies (Stenographer Grade –II, Lower Division Clerk, Storekeeper, High Skilled X-Ray Electrician, Cinema Projectionist Grade-II, Fireman, Trademan Mate, Cook, Barber, Canteen) Carrier Washer Man & Multi-Tasking Staff (Watchman / Chowkidar, Safaiwala, Messenger. About the exam:
Candidates who have applied online will be invited to the written examination. The exam date will be announced later. The detailed exam schedule and the exam center will be made available prior to the exam.

General intelligence and reasoning –
It would include both verbal and non-verbal questions. This component may include questions about analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, distinction, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetic thinking and figurative classification, arithmetic series of numbers, non-Verbal Series.
Coding and decoding, conclusion of statements, syllogistic thinking etc. The topics are semantic analogy, symbolic / number analogy, figurative analogy, semantic classification, symbolic / number classification, figurative classification, semantic series, number series, figurative series, problem solving, word formation, coding & Decoding, numerical operations, symbolic operations, trends, spatial orientation, spatial visualization.
Venn Diagrams, Drawing Conclusions, Punch Hole / Pattern – Fold and Unfold, Figurative Pattern – Fold and Complete, Indexing, Address Matching, Date and City Matching, Classification of Center Codes / Roll Numbers, Lower Case and Upper Case / Number Coding, Decoding and Classification, Embedded Figures, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Other Sub Topics, if any.
Numerical suitability –
This paper will answer questions about problems related to number systems, the calculation of whole numbers, decimals and fractions, and the relationship between numbers, basic arithmetic operations, percentages, ratio and proportion, averages, interest, profit and loss, discount, use of tables and Graphics contain measurement, time and distance, ratio and time, time and labor, etc.
General English –
In addition to testing the understanding of the English language, vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms, understanding and correct use, etc.
General awareness –
The questions are designed to test the candidate’s ability to test the general awareness of the environment around them and its application to society. Questions should also be used to test knowledge about current events and everyday objects of observation and experience in their scientific respect, which can be expected of an educated person. The test also includes questions about India and its neighboring countries, particularly those relating to sports, history, culture, geography, economic scene, general politics including the Indian Constitution and scientific research, etc. These questions are designed so that they do not require any specific questions to be studied by each Discipline.
Typing test / shorthand test / trading test
Note: The number of applicants who are called for the type test / short-form test / trade test will be five to seven times the number of vacancies.
Typing test / shorthand test / trading test will be of a qualifying nature.
