Students who completed JEE Main in 2020 and were unable to appear in the JEE Advanced papers in 2020 due to Covid-related issues can register directly for the 2021 JEE Advanced exam. “This is only a one-time measure that is only valid for JEE-Advanced 2021. These candidates are considered in addition to, and not part of, the total number of candidates who would qualify from JEE-Main 2021 to attend JEE-Advanced 2021. ”
Previously, aspirants had to achieve 75% or more points on the Class 12 board in order to qualify for the JEE Advanced. However, due to this year’s COVID-19 pandemic, the criteria have been changed as all school authorities in the country have canceled grade 12 exams this year. “Candidates should have appeared and passed their grade 12 exams and should be among the 2.5 lakh successful candidates, including all categories in JEE-Main 2021.
You have successfully cast your vote
With JEE Advanced 2021, aspirants are already in the starting blocks, preparing to take the final hurdle on their way to secure the most prestigious seat in the IITs. While one of the most difficult entrance exams is to pass proper preparation strategies, rigorous practice will help students pass the exams with ease. However, as the students’ stress and pressure will be higher, their focus should be on using the remaining time effectively.
Cracking JEE Advanced 2021 and securing ranks
Students need to focus on the following things as they prepare for JEE (Advanced)
- Strengthening the concepts
- Correct application of concepts
- Practice JEE Advanced Level Problems
- Try to test as many as you can.
- Use the time and prepare short notes
- Stay calm and stress free from COVID-19 threat
This is how you secure yourself a high rank
Students should avoid selective learning, no short cut method should be followed. Since the number of questions in objective papers is large, it is likely to cover all of the major concepts / topics, with some questions mixing up the concepts of different topics in the same question.
Students should stay focused and strictly adhere to the well-planned revision schedule.
During practice sessions where mock tests are attempted, the student should aim for a 100% hit rate, meaning that all questions attempted should be correct. This enables a competitive advantage over others who, due to a negative evaluation, are left with unsuccessful attempts in the race. Questions without a negative rating must be tried, as with a pretty good chance of maximizing ratings, there is nothing to lose. Good speed and accuracy also allow JEE Advanced papers to be completed ahead of schedule, leaving some time to revise and resolve any remaining untried questions.
A regular review of the progress in solving quizzes / mock test papers must be carried out on a regular basis. The main idea here is to increase the speed and accuracy by processing weak points that are known from the tests.
Chapter-wise topic that needs to be covered up
In preparing all the chapters of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics according to a well-prepared chapter-by-chapter, topic-related schedule, based on our past experience, the following topics can probably be emphasized in the question papers to a large extent.

Strategy of the last 15 days for the candidate

One has to review the marked notes and make sure that one only goes through the tricks and innovative problem-solving methods. No new questions should be asked in the last 3 days.
