JEE Main 2022: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is ready to run the JEE Mains 2022 for admission to various technical courses in engineering, architecture and planning across India. In January the NTA will announce the dates for the JEE Main 2022. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to hold the JEE Main 2022 in four sessions: March, April, May and June.

The application for JEE Main 2022 will be available from January. JEE Main 2022

JEE Main is a national level entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), a unit of CBSE, New Delhi. The exam is conducted for admission to engineering and architecture courses in India (including Indian Institutes of Technology and other autonomous institutes).

NTA JEE main eligibility criteria

Candidates wishing to appear for the 2022 NTA JEE Main Exam must meet the following eligibility criteria:

nationality Indian nationals / OCI / PIO / foreigners can apply for the IIT JEE Main 2022.
Age criteria There is no specific age criterion for the JEE Main.
Academic criteria The applicant must have passed the 10th and 12th grade exams or equivalent exams in 2020 or 2021.
Those who will be present in 2022 are also entitled to participate.
Students who took the 10 + 2 exam in 2016 but failed it and passed the same exam in 2019 cannot apply.
The candidates must have passed the aptitude test with at least 5 subjects: language, physics, mathematics, chemistry / biology / biotechnology / technical professional subject and all other subjects.
The applicant who appears in the 6 subjects is considered to be the subject (fifth / sixth) with the better grades.
Total number of attempts There is no limited number of attempts for JEE Main 2022.

The application form for JEE Main 2022 will be available in January. Candidates who meet the NTA JEE Main eligibility criteria can complete the application form by visiting the official portal.

How to fill out the JEE Main 2022 application form

The applicant must go through the following steps to successfully enroll for the exam

  • First, go to the main JEE official website at https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/
  • Click on the link “JEE Main 2022 Application Form”
  • Read the instruction messages carefully and follow the instructions on the form.
  • Fill out the form carefully and upload the scanned photo, signature and left thumbprint as needed.
  • Pay the required application fees now.
  • Then, take the printout from the main JEE application confirmation page for future use.
