Summative checks continue | Bhubaneswar News

Bhubaneswar: Around 5.76 lakh class X students showed up for the summative assessment test-1 on Wednesday under strict Covid guidelines across the state.
In the investigation centers, elaborate precautions were taken to ensure Covid protocols such as the compulsory wearing of masks while children were greeted with thermal scanners and disinfectants.
The students were happy about the new test format. “The summative exam is helpful in relieving stress as we are only tested on half the curriculum. We will write the rest of the curriculum in the next summative exam. The weighting of these exams will help us get good grades in the final exam, ”said Swostika Pani, a class X student. The students attended the exam in two phases for one hour and answered multiple choice questions (MCQ) worth of 50 points. The exam lasts until January 8th.
