This was Gupta’s first attempt at CAT, and he said, “I’ve tried about 60 mock tests from both IMS and Time. A month before the exam, I only took mock tests for the second slot as my B-School entry was in the second Slot was. “
Gupta began preparing for the 2021 CAT exam in March this year and relied on self-study, including following marketable books and taking notes in addition to mock tests. “The mock test actually helps me to find gaps in my preparation that I uncovered in the course of my studies,” says Chirag. He also suggested that MBA candidates try trial tests as much as possible and focus on their preparation so as not to be shared with too many resources.
