The exam at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University has been digitally modernized. Accordingly, the students write the paperless exam. Registrars at Thiruvalluvar University and Bharathidasan University should also take steps to digitize their examination system. 20 percent of the exams in the coming season should be carried out paperless.

The Tamil Nadu Open University should also conduct paperless exams on a trial basis. All universities need to set up a dedicated server to take the exam.

In addition, universities must create segregation in order to get better grades in the ratings of the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

In addition, various action plans should be drawn up and completed in a timely manner, including the establishment of a research seat on behalf of Bharathiar at Bharathi Dasan University and a research seat on behalf of WU Chidambaranar at Manonmaniyam Sundaranagar University.
