Uttar Pradesh Secondary Service Selection Board has published the TGT (Biology) approval card on its official website upsessb.org. The admission card is approved for the position of Trained Graduate Teacher, Biology (TGT Biology) as of Advt 01/2016. The candidates who have applied for this position can now view and download their admission cards online. The admission cards remain available until July 31, 2021. The TGT Biology exam will take place on July 31, 2021.
To download the TGT Admission Card, candidates must visit the upsessb.org website. Then you have to click on the link “Click here to download the approval card”, which is available under the approval card (advertisement 01/2016 TGT Biology). This leads you to a new portal – pariksha.up.nic.in. Then the candidates must click on the link to download the admission cards for the TGT biology exam (selection no. 01/2016 TGT biology) under the tab “Admission cards, results and important explanations”. To access the admission card, the candidate’s registration number, date of birth, gender and verification code are required.
As far as the references of the candidates are concerned, a direct link (pariksha.up.nic.in/Online_App/AdmitCard.aspx) to download the TGT Biology approval card is also provided. The admission card contains information such as the candidate’s name, role number, exam center, exam date and time, and general instructions printed on it. All candidates must ensure that the information provided on the admission card is correct. Candidates must appear for the exam at the same examination center, on the same date and time as stated on the admission card.

The selection of candidates is based on their performance in the written exam and in the interview. The UP TGT recruitment exam is based on the prescribed curriculum and consists of 200 multiple choice questions. The exam is divided into two parts, Part I contains questions about English or Hindi, while Part II deals with subject-specific and general questions.
Candidates who qualify in the written exam must still appear for the interview. In the final selection, the written examination is weighted 85%, followed by 10% of the interview and 5% of the additional qualifications. The selected candidates are entitled to a salary of up to Rs 34,800 with a salary of Rs 4,600.
The recruitment offensive to fill TGT and PGT positions under the advertisement numbers 01/2016 and 02/2016 was started in 2016. A total of 304 positions will be filled in the TGT Biology under the call for applications 01/2016. The window for the online application opened on June 6th and remained active until July 5th, 2016.
